Everytime (EN)

A tragedy brings together a mother, her daughter and a teenage boy. As they struggle with guilt and forgiveness, the unlikely trio travels to Tenerife. Under the warm glow of the sun, past and present slowly begin to merge. The film was shot with great precision by Gregory Oke (cinematographer of, among others, Aftersun).

Director Sandra Wollner won the Un Certain Regard prize at Cannes this year. The film also received considerable acclaim at the Toronto International Film Festival. IndieWire critic David Ehrlich gave the film an A. In his review, he calls Everytime one of the most haunting films of the decade.
