The life of psychiatrist Lilian is completely upended after the unexpected suicide of her patient Paula. She refuses to accept that Paula would have taken her own life and suspects she may have been the victim of a crime. Lilian comes to suspect Paula’s husband and sees no other option than to investigate the case herself.
