The story follows 11-year-old Fuki, a sensitive and imaginative girl whose summer is shaped by her father’s serious illness and the emotional absence of her hard-working mother. Amid a world that feels increasingly out of reach, Fuki finds comfort and meaning in her rich imagination, where the boundaries between reality and fantasy begin to blur.
