Just days before their wedding, the relationship between Charlie and Emma is turned completely upside down when Emma reveals a shocking secret from her past. What should have been a time of love and anticipation becomes an emotional crisis, as Charlie begins to question everything he thought he knew about his future wife. As the wedding draws closer, their relationship is put to the test and they must decide whether their love is strong enough to survive the truth.

Norwegian director Kristoffer Borgli, known for Sick of Myself and Dream Scenario, returns with his signature mix of satire and uncomfortable humor. In The Drama, he is supported by a strong cast including Zendaya, Alana Haim, Mamoudou Athie, and Robert Pattinson.
