One to One: John and Yoko takes you to the vibrant New York of the early 1970s, where John Lennon and Yoko Ono settle after their arrival in the U.S. The film follows a year and a half of their lives—full of artistic passion, activism, and intimacy. At the heart of the documentary is the legendary 1972 One to One Benefit Concert, Lennon’s only sold-out live performance after The Beatles, featuring songs like Imagine, Give Peace a Chance, and Come Together. The concert has been fully restored for this film. In addition, the documentary offers a unique behind-the-scenes look with rare home videos, never-before-seen documents, and recorded phone conversations. The couple’s love, activism, and cultural influence remain at the center of the story.
