013 IFF from Tuesday 14 to Sunday 19 October 2025
From 14 to 19 October, the 7th edition of the 013 International Film Festival will take place at Cinecitta.
The festival opens on Tuesday, 14 October with a festive opening night. On Saturday, 18 October, we will announce the grand winner during a special evening. For the first time this year, all films will be screened with both English and Dutch subtitles (with the exception of the classic In the Mood for Love).
Come enjoy 17 films from 16 different countries—with more award winners than ever before. Nearly all films have won one or more major prizes at international festivals. In addition to the main competition, we are launching a new selection this year: Best of the Fests, featuring the top winners from Berlin, Rotterdam, and Cannes. All of these films will be shown every day throughout the festival.
This year, all films will be provided with Dutch and English subtitles.
For over 100 years, Cinecitta has been a leading venue for quality films. Thanks to its central location in the heart of Tilburg, close to the central station, Cinecitta is easy to reach. We warmly welcome you.

Best of the Fests: Winners from Cannes, Berlin, and Rotterdam
The 013 International Film Festival (013IFF) is introducing an exciting new selection this year – and it’s not just any selection, as the major award winners from the world’s most prestigious film festivals will be screened for the very first time at 013IFF.
As part of the Best of the Fests program, three films will be shown: immerse yourself in Drømmer, winner of the Golden Bear at the Berlinale; experience the power of Fiume o morte!, recipient of the Tiger Award in Rotterdam; and witness the winner of the world’s most prestigious film prize: the Palme d’Or-winning It Was Just an Accident.
Best of the Fests offers a unique opportunity to experience world-class, award-winning films during 013IFF, taking place from 14 to 19 October at Cinecitta in Tilburg.

AUDIENCE AWARD
Over the past few years, the festival has grown enormously, offering a unique selection of films that often have not been seen before in Dutch cinemas. This year, for the first time, we are presenting a large number of award-winning titles from leading international festivals. The 013 IFF selection reflects authentic cinema from around the world—stories that dare to speak out and push boundaries. By presenting the Audience Award for Most Popular Film during the closing night, 013 IFF highlights one of its core values: increasing the visibility of quality films. We invite all film lovers to rate each film and submit their ballots anonymously to one of our dedicated volunteers!
On Saturday evening, 18 October, around 8:30 PM, the winner will be announced, and we will celebrate the closing of the festival in style!
